We can also plot the intensity vs. mass-to-charge ratio for a given
scan. This is the mass spectrum. To view the mass spectrum for a single
scan, the mouse cursor is placed on the scan of interest, and the
right mouse button is double clicked.
Exercise: Display the mass spectrum for the apex scan of each TIC
peak in the file EVALDEMO.D. Do the mass spectra associated with each
peak suggest that each is a different compound? What other data present
in the TIC support your conclusion?
